Shipping Method All MX INK orders are sent via Australian Air Express. AAE offer a Next Business Day Delivery service (See Delivery Time below for more details) and includes a tracking number so you can track the location of your parcel at any time. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday-Friday). Shipping Costs MX INK charges a flat $12.00 AUD shipping fee on orders under $150.00 AUD. Orders that are over $150.00 AUD in total will qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically calculated when you checkout. Delivery Time Generally most parcels are delivered next business day after dispatch. This is dependent on whether you are within the Australian Air Express Next Business Day Delivery Network. If you are not in a Next Business Day Delivery area delivery time will usually be 2-3 business days. Shipping Zones MX INK delivers to any location within Australia serviced by Australian Air Express package delivery (Covers almost all of Australia). We do not currently ship internationally. Tracking your parcel You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain the date your order was shipped, along with a tracking number so you can track your parcel at any time through the Australian Air Express Website. Just enter your tracking number into the 'Consignment or Article Number' field located in the 'Track & Trace' section on the home page. Packaging Your graphics will come flat packed in a 'Tough bag' with cardboard insert. This ensures your graphics do not get folded or bent whilst in transit. Also included with your order will be your order invoice and full installation instructions. We aim to keep unnecessary packing to a minimum, and the cardboard inserts used are recycled from our vinyl roll boxes. Returns If your parcel is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fee charged to you by MX INK. We will contact you via phone and email to re-confirm your shipping address. You will be charged an additional $12.00 AUD shipping fee to re-ship your parcel.
