General Terms and Conditions
MX INK PTY LTD is not responsible for typographical errors, therefore MX INK PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the MX INK PTY LTD website concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
MX INK PTY LTD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at WWW.MXINK.COM.AU at any time.
MX INK PTY LTD may make changes to any products or services offered on the MX INK website, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at WWW.MXINK.COM.AU with respect to products and services may be out of date, and MX INK PTY LTD makes no commitment to update the information provided on WWW.MXINK.COM.AU with respect to such products and services.
MX INK PTY LTD reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:
(1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, or to any portion of WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, for any reason;
(2) to modify or change WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, or any portion of the WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, and any applicable policies or terms; and
(3) to interrupt the operation of WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, or any portion of WWW.MXINK.COM.AU, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your MX INK product, please Contact Us for a refund request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Semi-Custom or Custom products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective.
Instructions and recommended application techniques are provided in your package. Defects of products due to use of unauthorized application procedures will not be replaced or exchanged.
If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original packaging, MX INK PTY LTD will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the MX INK head office within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the refund request approval. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.
NOTE: MX INK PTY LTD recommends that you: (1) use registered post for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to MX INK or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to (1) use registered post or a freight company that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment.
Items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior refund request approval
Please note that MX INK PTY LTD does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the following products:
Products that are customised to your specifications, including semi-custom and custom products without manufacturing defects.
Semi-Custom and Custom Products
MX INK PTY LTD primarily offers products that are custom-configured to your specifications, and MX INK PTY LTD encourages you to review your order carefully. A proof of artwork is emailed to you prior to printing, unless otherwise specified. Please look at this carefully, checking all details are correct, before giving your approval. Since semi-custom and custom products are designed to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production.
